In addition to all the in-room amenities each room and suite provides, courtesy morning coffee, tea, juice, danishes, muffins and yogurt are available each day in the common area adjacent to the courtyard. The main entrance and office is located at 108 Marilla Avenue with a side entrance on Whittley Avenue.

Staff was great and informative. The Hotel location perfect and only a 5-to-10-minute walk from the docks. The courtyard area was secluded and well kept. Our room was very clean and coffee and snacks were provided. They stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could roam Avalon. We will definitely return.

This was an excellent stay!! We were here for a quick trip. But the rooms were a great size and spacious. The rooms were also very clean. The services was also wonderful! The hotel has a beautiful boutique vibe to it. I would stay here again! The hotel is in the middle of a lot of things to walk to that was an added plus for us. We had such a wonderful experience. The room was perfect! I loved the little courtyard, which felt like a hidden oasis. We enjoyed a drink by the fire in the evening and coffee at the bistro table right outside our room.

This is a great place to stay! We were in room 509 in the courtyard. We specifically asked for a room without stairs as we are older ( yes, 79 and 84 😊) The courtyard was perfect. We did not have a view but… it was perfect. Close to the coffee and snacks, sunny seating and a firepit right outside our door. And only 45 steps… yes we counted them🤣 from the hotel to the Main Street on a very slight hill.
